The filtration test results and the data collected by sales managers during their inspections are examined by the estimate and elaboration department, which then studies the project requirements and works out a technical proposal to offer the recommended solution. Finally, the commercial department issues a detailed offer to each customer based on the correct technical solutions, including:

• Lay-out drawing of the plant
• P&ID
• Flowcharts
• Functional descriptions
• Data-sheets
• Stoichiometrical and mass balances
