Aarbergen/Frankfurt – 22.06.2026. Aqseptence Group GmbH (“Aqseptence Group”), the international equipment and solutions provider majority owned by funds managed by Oaktree Capital Management L.P.’s (“Oaktree”) Power Opportunities strategy today announced it has signed an agreement to sell one of its divisions, Diemme Filtration (“Diemme”), a leading provider of filtration solutions for the mining industry, to Sandvik Group.
The transaction represents another important milestone in Diemme’s growth journey. As part of Aqseptence, and with the support of Oaktree Power Opportunities, the company further strengthened its market leadership position, expanded its aftermarket capabilities, and accelerated the development and launch of new products and digital solutions.
The transaction positions Diemme strongly for its next phase of growth under a new partner that is building a dedicated Filtration division around the business. Through enhanced cross-selling opportunities, access to a broader global footprint, and continued investment in digital solutions, the partnership is expected to materially accelerate the scale and strategic development of Diemme.
Aqseptence Group’s broader platform brings together some of the most established brands in specialised screening and water treatment solutions. These include Johnson-Screens and Passavant-Geiger, which provide equipment and solutions to customers across a diverse range of sectors. The Group’s portfolio supports customers’ mission critical operations and helps advance their ESG goals.

The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter of 2026. Aqseptence and Oaktree were advised by Rothschild & Co as financial adviser and DLA Piper as legal counsel on the transaction.
