Building and Installation of the NHC Filtration Plant

Prony Resources is today one of the three global industrial facilities capable of producing Nickel Hydroxide Cake (N.H.C.). Composed of 37% nickel and 2 to 3% cobalt, this intermediate product is the raw material for lithium-ion / nickel batteries used in the manufacture of electric vehicles.

Thanks to the Diemme filter press – model GHT2500F – the N.H.C. product achieves the target residual moisture for this specific material and is then bagged in 850/900 kg big-bags.

Watch below the building and installation of the N.H.C. Filtration Plant in New Caledonia.
